Admin Support Services
QAA provides support to our Prime in meeting Section 508 standards and level AA guidelines in the successful completion of the contract. OPM Veterans Services Office desires engaging, time appropriate training that meets each of the target audience requirements. Following the initial development, QAA’s DHS Certified Trusted Tester performs an initial review of each course with a findings report provided to the developers for review and update. More 508 compliance reviews will be performed prior to final delivery which ensures that 508 compliance is met.
QAA provided the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) technical support with 508 remediation of Word, Pdf, and Excel documents to assure the content is accessible to all FDA website users. QAA’s DHS Authoring Accessible Documents Certified team used established programs to verify that all 508 compliances were met.
Instructional Support Services
QAA supports our Prime in providing instructor services at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, in support of the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE)/Department of Operational Medicine (DoOM). These instructor services include two (2) certified physician assistants who perform didactic, field, and clinical education, assisting the program staff in executing curriculum development and delivery for the 68W10 Program of Instruction at Medical Education and Training Campus (METC) and the 300-F1, Combat Paramedic at the MEDCoE Campus.
In support of our partner CTx Education Group, we have supported Norwich Pro University from 2020 to 2023 with the development, maintenance, and delivery of online instructional products. Our instructional designers have ensured products have met quality standards while assisting instructors and learners with any issues. We provide course administration assistance on Moodle prior, during, and after course delivery.

Workforce Analytics
In collaboration with our partner, Bintel, Inc., we supported the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) in an initiative to analyze the barriers for successful retention of the workforce and provide employee feedback with recommendations for short-term and long-term improvements. We provided expertise and research in workplace improvement while aligning the unique needs of the NSWCPD to assist in meeting the diverse set of professional disciplines and backgrounds. Over the course of two (2) six-month periods the project focused on several areas with a few repeated to allow for trends. During the project, our team ensured NSWCPD employee confidentiality and anonymity while providing customized Tableau dashboards. In addition, we delivered reports based on the dashboards with findings.
